His work is highly regarded by schools as he quickly establishes positive and effective working relationships through honest challenge and measured professional support.
Content: This session will review the key components of outstanding learning for the most able. The session will draw on examples of outstanding practice nationally and introduce delegates to a range of support materials for use in their own school. The session will emphasize the importance of developing pupils as independent learners and ensuring that teachers deliver less and pupils deliver more!
Attendance at the session will support delegates to reflect on the more able as a discrete group and review strategies for use back in their own school.
