“Following on from our work together last year I thought you’d be pleased to know that we were inspected last month and judged to be outstanding! Obviously we were delighted with the verdict and are proud of our achievement, especially when we were in special measures 4 years ago. The inspectors were very impressed with the leadership team and for that I have you to thank for the work you did with us for the year. So thank you once again. It was all worth it!”
Andrew Morrish, Headteacher Victoria Primary School, Sandwell
“The impact of the one to one sessions was significant; there was a tangible change in the way the team responded to change and the capacity to see new things as opportunities. The team session provided profound learning for each member of the team. The stimulus material was very thought-provoking and the focus on the team but with a five year vision as a product worked exceptionally well. The process has been very effective and Angela you facilitated it exceptionally well… the experience has been so deep that we have a great basis on which to build.”
Ian Sanders, Headteacher, Lakelands School, Shropshire.
