In this course participants will explore how high levels of certain skills and qualities at all levels of leadership can have a major impact on the work and outcomes of an organisation. Through a mix of input and practical activity participants will engage in a process of learning, self-analysis, practice of new behaviours and individual target-setting. Participants will leave with a clear plan of action prioritising those specific skills and qualities which they feel will enhance their current Leadership performance.

Session 2:    Identifying the key skills and qualities of Highly Effective Leaders
Session 3:    Focussing on key skills sets 
Session 4:    The Role of Emotional Intelligence
Session 5:    Target-setting and practising the skills of Active Listening
